Update on Dare Media Group’s Media Partnerships

Official Statement – Monday, 29th September 2025

Dare Media Group announces that, effective immediately, we have terminated our relationship with Mastiff.Media, Matrix Media, and their associated radio stations — Yergz Radio, Rainbow Radio, Forward.Radio, Right Talk Radio, Shady Newz Radio, and Mastiff Sports.

In addition, Dare Media Group has discontinued the overnight program “Up The Middle”, hosted by Ross “Yergz” Yerger, following serious misconduct while on-air. This conduct is not consistent with Dare Media Group’s core values of delivering “Daring Australian Radio Entertainment.”

Since his termination, Mr. Yerger has made a number of claims and accusations regarding Dare Media Group, our stations, and our employees. We wish to make it clear that these statements are false, untrue, and without merit. They do not reflect the facts of the matter and we reject them in their entirety.

Dare Media Group remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity across all our platforms and partnerships.

Update on Dare Media Group’s On-Air Disclaimer

Official Statement – 14th September 2025

Here at Dare Media Group, we want to make something clear.

As a company, we don’t take political sides. Any views or personal opinions expressed by our team or the shows on Dare Media Group stations are just that — their own. They don’t represent our programming, and they don’t influence the media we deliver.

What we do stand for is quality, engaging content — the kind of unbiased media that lets you enjoy, think, and decide for yourself. We know that not every perspective will connect with every listener, and that’s okay.

Media is about choice, and you have the freedom to listen to what truly resonates with you. At Dare Media Group, our commitment is simple: keep it real, keep it engaging and fun, and keep it free from political bias.
