Competition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotional contests (collectively, “Competitions”) run by Dare Media Group, including Radio X, Radio X Gold, Radio X Country, Dare Talk Radio, and 6RXM Radio X Magic (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By entering a Competition, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to residents of Australia, unless otherwise stated.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently for certain competitions.

Employees of Dare Media Group, its affiliates, advertising partners, and immediate family members are ineligible to enter, unless explicitly permitted.

2. Entry Requirements

Entry instructions will be provided for each Competition. Failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless multiple entries are expressly allowed.

Entries must be submitted by the Competition closing date and time. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Competition Conduct

Participants must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.

Participants must not engage in cheating, fraud, or other conduct that undermines the fairness of the Competition.

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or acts inappropriately.

4. Prizes

Prize details, including value, description, and method of redemption, will be provided for each Competition.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming a prize, including travel, accommodation, or taxes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected as outlined in the Competition rules, which may include random draw, judging panel, or other methods.

Winners will be notified via the contact method provided (e.g., phone, email, social media) within a specified period.

If a winner does not respond within the time frame specified, we may select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

By entering a Competition, participants consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, or entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Participants acknowledge that all publicity related to the Competition is subject to our discretion.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected for a Competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may contact participants regarding current or future promotions, offers, or competitions, unless participants opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dare Media Group is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of any prize.

We do not accept responsibility for technical failures, network issues, or delays in entry submissions.

9. General Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Competition at our discretion, including changing the rules, closing dates, or prize allocation.

These Terms, along with any specific Competition rules, constitute the full agreement between participants and Dare Media Group.

10. Governing Law

Competitions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
