Dare Media Group Australia operates radio, digital, and media services and works with independent presenters, contributors, and hosts (“Hosts”) who may also maintain personal or third-party online platforms.

These platforms may include, but are not limited to:
Facebook, Facebook Pages and Groups, YouTube, YouTube Live, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Kick, Rumble, Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, personal websites, blogs, forums, livestream platforms, messaging servers, community platforms, and any other social, digital, or online publishing platforms (“Third-Party Platforms”).

1. No Control Over Third-Party Platforms

Unless a platform is expressly identified as an official Dare Media Group Australia platform or an official platform of its affiliated brands, Dare Media Group Australia does not own, operate, manage, moderate, control, or supervise any Third-Party Platform used by a Host.

All content published, shared, streamed, commented on, or otherwise communicated by Hosts on Third-Party Platforms exists outside the editorial, operational, and managerial control of Dare Media Group Australia.

2. Comments, Interactions, and Engagement

For the avoidance of doubt, this disclaimer applies to all forms of engagement on Third-Party Platforms, including but not limited to:

Comments and replies

Likes, reactions, emojis, and upvotes

Shares, reposts, retweets, and quotes

Duets, stitches, remixes, and collaborative content

Live chats, livestream comments, and voice channels

Moderation actions, pinned comments, or community responses

Any such engagement by a Host is undertaken in an independent capacity and does not represent, and must not be interpreted as representing, the views, positions, or endorsement of Dare Media Group Australia or its affiliated brands.

3. No Representation or Endorsement

Any views, opinions, statements, commentary, beliefs, conduct, or representations made by Hosts on Third-Party Platforms:

Are made in a personal or independent capacity

Do not reflect the views, values, policies, or positions of Dare Media Group Australia or its affiliated brands

Must not be interpreted as official statements, endorsements, approvals, or commitments

Hosts are not authorised to speak on behalf of Dare Media Group Australia or its affiliated brands unless expressly agreed to in writing.

4. Official Platforms Only

Only platforms clearly designated as official Dare Media Group Australia platforms or official platforms of its affiliated brands, as listed on official websites or confirmed in writing, are subject to internal editorial standards, moderation, and governance.

All other platforms operated by Hosts are considered independent third-party environments.

5. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

Dare Media Group Australia accepts no responsibility or liability for:

Content or engagement by Hosts on Third-Party Platforms

Comments, interactions, discussions, or user-generated content on those platforms

Any loss, damage, reputational harm, legal claim, or dispute arising from such content or engagement

Responsibility for Third-Party Platform content rests solely with the individual Host and/or the platform provider.

6. Feedback and Official Content

Dare Media Group Australia takes feedback seriously. Any concerns or feedback relating specifically to content published or broadcast on official Dare Media Group Australia platforms or affiliated brand platforms may be directed to:
