By submitting music to Dare Media Group (“Dare Media Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Submissions are open to bands, solo artists, and independent labels.

You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You confirm that you are the copyright owner of the submitted material or are fully authorised to submit it on behalf of the rights holder.

2. Ownership & Rights

You confirm that all submitted music is original and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

You retain full ownership of your music at all times.

By submitting, you grant Dare Media Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

Broadcast the track on Dare Media Group–owned platforms and stations, including but not limited to Radio X AU

Stream the track online

Use the track in show replays, podcasts, on-demand content, and promotional material related to Dare Media Group programming

3. Permission to Broadcast

By submitting music, you grant Dare Media Group permission to play your track on air and online, including (but not limited to):

AM Mayhem (6am–8am AWST, Tuesday–Friday)

Fun with Amandavo & Aaron (2pm–4pm AWST)

Permission is granted without expectation of payment, royalties, or compensation from Dare Media Group.

4. Content Standards

Submitted tracks must be suitable for broadcast.

Tracks containing excessive profanity, hate speech, or offensive material may be rejected.

Dare Media Group reserves the right to request a clean or radio edit.

5. Review & Selection

All submissions are reviewed at the discretion of Dare Media Group.

Submission does not guarantee airplay.

Due to the volume of submissions received, Dare Media Group may not be able to respond to every submission.

6. Editing, Scheduling & Removal

Dare Media Group reserves the right to:

Edit track length for broadcast or scheduling purposes

Decide when, where, and how often a track is played

Remove a track from rotation at any time without notice

7. Promotional Use

By submitting, you grant permission for Dare Media Group to use:

Artist name, band name, track title, and supplied artwork

Short audio excerpts

Biographical information provided
for on-air mentions, websites, social media, and promotional materials connected to Dare Media Group content.

8. Withdrawal of Permission

You may request removal of your track from future rotation by contacting Dare Media Group in writing.

Removal requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dare Media Group is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or incomplete submissions.

Dare Media Group accepts no liability for any damages arising from the submission or broadcast of submitted material.

10. Amendments

Dare Media Group reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued submission of music constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
