These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all on-air shows, including live, pre-recorded, and syndicated shows broadcast across Dare Media Group, including Radio X, Radio X Gold, Radio X Country, Dare Talk Radio, and 6RXM Radio X Magic (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By listening to, interacting with, or submitting content to our shows, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By tuning in, calling in, messaging, emailing, or otherwise interacting with our on-air shows, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

2. Listener Conduct

When interacting with our shows:

Do not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or illegal language.

Do not post or send spam, advertisements, or solicitations without permission.

Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of hosts, guests, and other listeners.

3. On-Air Talent Conduct

Our hosts, presenters, and on-air talent (including syndicated shows) are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in line with Dare Media Group’s values.

We aim to provide entertaining and engaging content; however, opinions expressed by on-air talent are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Dare Media Group.

Any conduct by talent that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms may be subject to internal review and corrective action, including removal from broadcasts.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., messages, calls, photos, videos, or social media posts) to any on-air show:

You grant Dare Media Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, broadcast, reproduce, adapt, or distribute your content in any media.

You confirm that you own the rights to your submission or have permission from the rights holder.

You acknowledge that content may be edited, aired, or reused at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content broadcast on our shows, including music, talk segments, branding, logos, and promotional material, is owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without prior written permission.

6. Syndicated Shows

Syndicated shows may include content produced by third parties and are subject to the third party’s rights and licensing.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of syndicated programming, but we reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Interactions with on-air shows may involve the collection of personal information. We collect and use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Your call-ins, messages, or submissions may be broadcast live or recorded for later use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dare Media Group is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in or use of our on-air shows.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or broadcast of shows and may change programming at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
