Syndication Terms and Conditions

These Syndication Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the distribution, licensing, and use of all Dare Media Group produced shows, including but not limited to AM Mayhem, Scott & Jye – Mates Helping Mates, Kaite and Jamie Unhinged and Unfiltered, Behind the Riffs, and any other show created and produced by Dare Media Group (collectively, the “Shows”). By syndicating, broadcasting, or distributing these Shows, you agree to these Terms.

1. Grant of Rights

Dare Media Group grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to broadcast, distribute, or stream the Shows as agreed in your syndication agreement.

No other rights, including reproduction, modification, or commercial resale, are granted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Syndication Fees and Payment

Syndication fees, royalties, or other payments will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

Payment terms, schedules, and any applicable taxes must be strictly adhered to.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of syndication rights.

3. Content Usage and Restrictions

Shows must be broadcast or distributed in full and unaltered, except for standard technical adjustments (e.g., volume, format, or timing) necessary for local compliance or scheduling.

You may not edit, remix, or create derivative works from the Shows without prior written consent from Dare Media Group.

Syndicated content may not be used for illegal, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, branding, and show content, remain the property of Dare Media Group.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial exploitation of the Shows is strictly prohibited.

5. Syndicated On-Air Talent Conduct

While syndicating our Shows, you acknowledge that the on-air talent expresses their own opinions and personality. These do not necessarily reflect the views of your station or organization.

Any complaints, issues, or concerns related to on-air talent must be directed to Dare Media Group and not publicly attributed to the broadcaster without permission.

6. Advertising and Sponsorships

All advertising and sponsorship content within the Shows must remain intact unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Local ad insertions or sponsorships must comply with applicable Australian laws and not conflict with the integrity of the Shows or Dare Media Group’s brand.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Dare Media Group is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your broadcast or distribution of the Shows.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dare Media Group from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use, broadcast, or syndication of the Shows.

8. Reporting and Compliance

Syndicators may be required to provide audience reports, broadcast logs, or usage data upon request.

Compliance with all applicable laws, licensing agreements, and technical standards is the responsibility of the syndicator.

9. Termination

Dare Media Group reserves the right to terminate syndication rights immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or act in a manner that damages the reputation or integrity of the Shows.

Upon termination, all rights to broadcast or distribute the Shows immediately revert to Dare Media Group.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated by Dare Media Group at any time. Updates will apply to new syndication agreements or upon written notice.

Continued broadcast or distribution of Shows constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
